Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
We aim to deliver your purchases in the most efficient and timely manner. Orders purchased on a business day will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders purchased on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
Local Delivery
We offer free, local delivery to customers that spend over $50 and live in the local postcodes of 2321 and 2323.
Standard Delivery
We offer standard shipping, Australia wide for $7.95 and free standard shipping for orders over $100. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
At Auréa, we want you to be happy with your purchase and treasure it forever. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or gift card within 14 days of the initial purchase. Please read the below carefully for the full returns policy.
Return Process
When initiating a Return, contact our customer service team at info@aureaboutique.com.au. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your choice of payment return method (either transaction back to same card or issue of a gift card).
Non-Returnable Items include gift cards and items marked as final sale. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty products.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is being returned due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Specify the item you wish to receive in exchange. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, a partial refund will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@aureaboutique.com.au. We will ask you to provide a description and photographic confirmation of the defect or damage including any damage to external packaging.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
